Elegant, compact, and lightweight, the Pentax ME Super was the company’s mid-range 35mm SLR in the early 1980s. It was designed for photographers who found the regular ME and K1000 models too limiting (the ME Super offers both a higher maximum shutter speed of 1/2000 and the ability to switch between automatic and manual exposure).
This camera comes with a sharp SMC Pentax-M 50mm F2 lens and its original manual in English.
The Pentax ME Super requires two 357 type batteries (available as an option).
Condition notes
We film-tested this Pentax ME and it delivered sharp, correctly exposed photos. The camera and lens are in very good cosmetic condition (see photos).
